Know how your home will work before you build or renovate it.
Intentionally & Beautifully
I'm Kathryn, a licensed architect and a mom. I design layouts and 3D renderings for the rooms families use hardest, like kitchens, mudrooms, laundry rooms and pantries, and I take full projects through permit drawings.
Conceptual design for anyone, anywhere.
Full architectural services in Illinois and Wisconsin.
Two ways to work together
Anywhere
Conceptual Design & 3D Rendering
A re-designed layout where the room needs one, interior renderings from every angle, and cabinetry elevations. You see the space and make decisions before you spend on the architectural & construction process.
This is conceptual design, not a permit set.
Illinois & Wisconsin
Full Architectural Services
